Esbjörn is a transformational coach, catalyzing leadership & organization evolution since around 2016. He has worked with organisational development, change and transformation at a number of diverse clients, both as a consultant and as a full-time employee.
Esbjörn focuses on creating requirements that produce good outcomes and to grow organizations’ capabilities to continuously evolve themselves, using a variety of approaches: training, coaching, mentoring, facilitating and tailoring courses, programs and strategies. This has led to high personal and leadership development in the organisations where he has been active.
Esbjörn has also developed a unique approach to organizational evolution called Peaceful Transformation, summarizing his insights and practical experiences during the last five years of organizational development and transformation. This approach has been much appreciated both within client organizations and participants in public courses.
