This program
This program is for anyone who, to paraphrase Morpheus in The Matrix, feels that there is something you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the way we work and act in the organisation. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.
By joining the program, you will develop the capability to handle more complex situations in your daily work, in your self-leadership, your communication and “chemistry” with others, your structuring of information and your selection of tools to solve your problems. And you will understand what is wrong in the Matrix and be able to change it.

Uniqueness
This program stands out as a guided exploration journey, rather than traditional, structured teaching. It embodies an evolutionary approach where each new step reconnects with – and refines – former learnings. Participants are not just passive recipients of information; they are active explorers, co-creating knowledge and understanding, and gaining not just new information but new perspectives and experiences.
Setup
We meet once every week for a few hours to get new perspectives which you probably haven’t thought about, both about yourself and the environment around you. These perspectives have the potential to change things for the better. During a session, a new lens (to get a new perspective from) will first be presented and then we will use that lens to make sense of our current challenges together.
The program is approx. 10 sessions (give or take, depending on how fast we progress).
Requirement
If you are interested in joining this program, do your best to prioritise the sessions in your life, as they do build on each other and will try to open up your adult development step by step. Miss a step, and it might be hard to catch up. This is the only requirement.
Payment
The cost is 1000 SEK + VAT per participant, with VAT included if you pay for this personally. If you want a chance to sample the program before, join this (almost) free boost session.
Logistics and dates
These are remote session over European lunch time, so bring your own lunch and join in. There will be situations where active participation is required, but there will be time to eat and listen as well.
The first session is planned for the 28th of March, between 11.30 and 13.30 CET. The following nine sessions will most likely happen on the consecutive Fridays (barring holidays etc.), but we will plan together in the group so that it will fit most people.
